Cycling is one of the best workouts you can get. While it is great for the muscles of your lower body and for keeping fit, it doesn’t do nearly as much for your upper body. Until now!

MEET TWICYCLE

Twicycle works out your entire body by allowing you to cycle using arms, legs or both.

If you are a cyclist, you no longer have to pick additional activities to workout your upper body. This bike does it all.

In addition to legs, you can work out your entire upper body by using the front cranks.

Fire up your TRICEPS, CHEST, LATS, BICEPS, BACK and SHOULDERS. Strengthen your CORE.

BENEFITS

FULL BODY WORKOUT

Workout the muscles on your entire body by using a combination of arm and leg cranks.

EASIER UPHILL CLIMBS

Twicycle makes climbing easier and faster as load is spread over several limbs, resulting in less fatigue and less lactic acid build-up on each individual limb.

LONGER RIDES

Because you can take over with your arms when your legs get tired, you can continue going when you would normally need a break.

BETTER TRACTION

Stay seated in your seat, evenly distributing weight to both wheels when going up steep hills in order to avoid loss of traction.

By pedaling with both arms and legs you can avoid “wheel spin” due to slippery road conditions.

EXTRA POWER

By propelling yourself forward using both legs and arms at the same time, you benefit from increased power needed for sprints.

Measurements show between 300 to 450 extra watts with arms only (depending on the person).

TWO MACHINES IN ONE

Get everything you normally would on a regular road bike + a lot more!

Use Twicycle like a regular bike by pedaling with your legs only. Take over with your arms to give legs a break.

FEATURES

ARM CRANKS

Cast out of carbon fiber, the arm cranks are lightweight and super strong, doubling as steering handles. They can achieve tight maneuvers and allow you to pedal while turning.

CHEST PAD

Chest pad provides full upper body support while cycling with arms and prevents rider from making contact with the chain ring.

LIGHTWEIGHT

Twicycle utilizes a combination of high strength lightweight aluminium and carbon fiber for reliable, optimum performance.

GEARS

Twicycle comes with 8 gears on each drive system allowing you to perfectly adjust the resistance to fit your needs and driving conditions.

INDEPENDENT DRIVE SYSTEMS

Two independently operated drive systems use free wheels, so you can coast with either one to suite your riding style and situation.

UNISEX

Twicycle is equally suitable for both women and men.

BRAKES

Brakes are located on the handles for both front and rear braking.

CHAINRING COVER (optional)

An optional chain guard can also be fitted for those who feel the added accessory would benefit them and can be purchased as an add-on. Note that the chest pad prevents the rider from reaching the chainring.

ARM CRANKS LOCKING MECHANISM (optional)

The locking mechanism allows the main handlebar/crank to be locked in drop bar position. The handle grips will have some movement but the whole system can not rotate and can not provide drive to front wheel in this position.
