Returns and Refunds

If you change your mind after purchasing the bike and before the bike has been dispatched we will refund the bike and shipping in full.

Unfortunately after the bike has been sent we are unable to offer returns or refunds so we advise that you make a firm decision on our product before making the purchase.

If it is found that there are any damaged or defective parts on the bike after arrival, we reserve the right to replace only those parts that are found to be faulty or assist in claims against the carrier if it is deemed that the fault happened during transit.

In some exceptional circumstances and at our full discretion we may accept a return for replacement (or refund).  In such cases a 20% restocking fee will apply to full bikes and the cost of original shipping is not refundable. In addition, the bike must be returned undamaged, packaged securely and in the same way as the original. Any damage to the bike will be the responsibility of the customer (we advise to take out insurance with the courier company)

The customer will also be responsible for arranging their own courier to return the bike to us at their cost.

Any refused deliveries or failed deliveries will also incur full delivery costs and in cases where re-delivery is not possible a restocking fee as above will also apply.
