The bikes are complete now. We took a large 60cm frame bike to photograph for the website. The bike looks slick, quality and quick! The matte black finish has a really nice satin look and feel to it.

The session was on a super tight schedule as we need to get this bike repacked and all twicycles moved to the fulfilment agency in the next couple of days.

It will be a few weeks to get everything ready in the back end to start selling the bikes to customers who have been eagerly awaiting their arrival for the last few years.

Packaging is moving along with each bike going through a very complex packaging procedure making sure it survives the rough ride the couriers are bound to give it. Everything must be snug inside without moving around so we use numerous inserts and wrapping to keep it all in place and away from being hit.

Minimal assembly will be needed by customers (re-attach derailleurs, pedals, wheels… the usual suspects)

We had some delays with box manufacturers making the wrong size boxes for us. The new boxes are slightly bigger at 119x27x81cm.

Assembly moving along nicely. Each part is being thoroughly checked and adjusted.

The new version features shifters on handles, making it even easier to shift gears on the go.
