Bis Orbis Corp, Twicycle, it’s brand owners, product creators, designers, manufacturers or any associated persons or entities involved with the creation or manufacture of the product accept no responsibility for any injury, damage to property or persons that may result from it’s use.
Like any sport, cycling involves risks of damage, injury or even death.
By choosing to ride a Twicycle, you assume all responsibility for that risk, so you need to know and to practice the rules of safe and responsible riding and of proper use, adjustment and maintenance. You also accept all responsibility to check and ensure that the product is in suitable condition, adjustment and of suitable design for your intended use, and by choosing to use it you waive all rights to make any claims against Bis Orbis Corp, Twicycle, Twicycle’s brand owners, product creators, designers, manufacturers or any associated persons or entities involved with the creation or sale of the product.
Should you experience a fall or a collision of some sort, carbon fiber parts of the bike should be carefully examined by a qualified technician before using it again.
Any missing, damaged, or incorrectly functioning parts on any Twicycle purchased from us or our legal representatives must be reported to us first, within 3 days of delivery and before any work to correct or replace such parts commences or any claims against carrier are initiated.
Any claims of damage or missing parts after 3 days from delivery will not be considered.
We reserve the right to transfer all claims proceedings against carriers to the purchaser without further involvement from us once the claim process is initiated. We shall not be held responsible for any claims that fail to be honoured by the carrier, the insuring body or any associated party involved with such claim. We may offer advice and assistance at our sole discretion.
All sales are final. Returns are not accepted. Should the bike have any faults whether due to manufacturing defects or damage in transit, we reserve the right to replace only those parts affected.
Cancelations are only possible before the bike has been prepared for shipping and will incur any processing fees that we would get charged by 3rd party to process the original transaction.

Customers will be responsible for any taxes and duties imposed by their country’s customs or relevant bodies.
