We are ecstatic to let you know that Twicycle frames have been completed as of yesterday! They are now being prepared to be transferred to the assembling partner. Just a quick update on frame progress. The factory got the new parts and have welded the front main tubes as of this morning. We are hopeful for welding completion by the end of the week. Then we can paint them and send to the assembly line. Bellow are some pictures for your reference. Say tuned...

Manufacturing Update: We visit our manufacturing partners

We Are Visiting Our Manufacturing Partners

As we make progress with Twicycle manufacturing, Boyan flew to Shanghai last week to attend the massive Shanghai Bike Fair where he met with most of our suppliers. He is now visiting all factories to check and hopefully release the finished parts to assembler. All but one part have been or are going to be completed in a few days. We are ecstatic with the look and quality of those parts. See for yourself...     We were planning to start delivering the bikes in a few weeks. Unfortunately, we encountered an issue with the frame which means additional lead time for projected delivery date. Boyan will be overseeing the new frame production in person over the next month. We believe that the quality of Twicycle will be well worth the wait. Please stay tuned for more upcoming updates.

Twicycle Production Update

We are really excited to tell you that all is progressing forward nicely.

Our Hubs are now ready, all the special parts are ready, the molds for the forks and handlebars are ready.

The hubs are super light weight with sealed bearings, custom made for us by one of the leading factories in Taiwan. The spec is higher than what big bike brands offer on their standard models on this price range and up. Expect to see the same spec hubs on wheels alone costing $1000 and up.

We have also decided to improve the functionality of the chest pad.

We have made it more user adjustable to allow more varied seating positions and cater to more varied body styles with this new design. Now you'll be able to tilt the pad for the optimum angle and also slide it forward and backward to find a perfect position on the chest. The post will also have the option for slight up and down adjustment. The height will be adjusted by a small 'stopper' clamp on the actual chest post.

We hope to bring you more updates in the next month with further pictures.
